Forever Ohio!

When: 1:00pm, Friday June 28th

Where: Potters Field Park, London (Tower Bridge, Southern side)

About: The Marching 110 will play a static show for approximately 45 minutes. Under the direction of Dr. Richard Suk, Director of the Marching 110, Professor of Music Education in the School of Music, Ohio University.


Box Office: This is a FREE performance and all are welcome to attend (even RedHawk fans from Miami, Ohio).

Live in Concert

When: 7:00pm, Friday June 28th

Where: Holy Sepulchre London, the National Musicians’ Church.

About: Live from London, the international ensembles of London Band Week will perform live in concert.
Featuring:
The Ohio University Wind Symphony, under the direction of Dr. William Talley and the "Buckingham" and "Windsor" ensembles from Round Rock High School, under the direction of Mr. David Mobley.

The London Tattoo

Doe Den Tap Toe!

When: 6:00pm, Saturday June 29th

Where:  ExCeL London

About: Join us for one night only to celebrate marching bands at a musical Tattoo ceremony. Featuring the world famous Band of His Majesty's Royal Marines, CTCRM; "The Most Exciting Band in the Land" from Ohio University, the Marching 110; the Bands of America Grand Finalists, the Dragon Band from Round Rock High School, Texas; London's own Romford Drum & Trumpet Corps and the Military Band from the Duke of York's Royal Military School, Dover.

LBW Masterclass Series

When: 12:00pm, Saturday June 29th

Where:  ExCeL London

About: A 1/2 day programme of music orientated masterclasses and workshops, band clinics, social and networking activities. Followed by the London Tattoo.

Participation and attendance is subject to successful registration.

Palace Parade Review

In the King's Garden

When: 11:50am, Sunday June 30th

Where: The Great Fountain Garden, Hampton Court Palace

About: King William III and Queen Mary II (1689-1702) created the Great Fountain Garden to complement their elegant new baroque palace. This summer, the Marching 110 from Ohio University; the Dragon Band from Round Rock High School; Christ's Hospital Band from Horsham; Romford Drum & Trumpet Corps  from London;  Medina Marching Band from the Isle of Wight; the Hertfordshire Showband from Potters Bar and the Bournemouth Youth Marching Band  from the south coast, will each take part in a Palace Parade Review. His Majesty's Royal Marines Corps of Drums with start the event.

DrumLine London

The Battle of Flower Pot Gate

When: after the Parade Review, Sunday June 30th

Where: The East Front Lawn, Hampton Court Palace

About: A fast paced, knockout style contest of percussion performance. Skill and flair will rule the day as the Drum Lines replace the medieval knights who once competed on the same site. To the victorious Drum Line belong the spoils: the King's Shield!
