London International Band Week Ltd - Safeguarding

London Band Week is committed to maintaining an environment in which the welfare of a young person* is paramount, and ensuring that they are protected from harm at all time.

Our Safeguarding Policy is our commitment that we will safeguard young people from harm, physical, sexual, emotional abuse and neglect by:

  • Making the health and welfare of young people our first priority
  • Taking all reasonable steps to protect young people from harm

Adults who come into contact with young people at London Band Week are DBS checked and abide by the London Band Week Safeguarding Policy. If anything were to occur that makes a young person feel uncomfortable, it must be reported immediately so that action can be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of the young person.
